I am Fabio, and I will be your skipper and guide.

 

I was born in Rome but spent most of my youth between Rome and Numana, which became my permanent home in 2012. After having spent over 15 years in academia — first as a student, and then as a teacher, researcher, and translator — I have decided to change my lifestyle, and to turn my life-long passion for the sea into a business.

I grew up sailing on the DonMar, learning to know the sea and the Riviera del Conero from an early age. As a child, going out sailing on my great-uncle Carlo's boat was one of the highlights of my summers, learning how to sail under his affectionate but stern vigilance.

Over the last six years, I have dedicated myself professionally to guiding guests along this coastline, carrying passengers and sharing the places, stories, and natural beauty that make this area so special.
 

Having spent many years welcoming travelers from around the world, I pride myself on creating a cozy, personal, and conversational experience on board — far from the standard tourist-guide approach. Each tour is meant to feel relaxed and authentic, like discovering the beautiful Riviera del Conero with a local friend rather than following a scripted itinerary.
